Privacy policy

In short

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no resource from a third party server and has no submission form. The scorecard builder runs entirely in your browser and makes no network request. You can browse this site and download your scorecard without any data about you being collected by Solicare.

Cookies and trackers

No cookie is set, whether technical, analytical or advertising. No identifier is stored in your browser. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics

None. There is no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no equivalent. The only traces of your visit are the server logs described below.

External resources

Every resource needed to display this site, including the typefaces, is hosted on the same server as the site. No request is made to any third party service while you browse, which avoids any transmission of your IP address to such services.

The scorecard builder

The builder on the scorecard page runs entirely in your browser. The subject of your evaluation, the names of the solutions you enter and the weightings you choose are never transmitted, to Solicare or to anyone else. Nor are they kept in your browser: leaving the page is enough to clear them. The downloaded file is produced locally, on your own machine.

In practical terms: you can enter the real names of the solutions you are comparing without reservation. None of that information reaches me.

Booking a call

The booking button links to Calendly, a third party service. No Calendly content is loaded into the pages of this site: the redirection only happens if you click. From that point, Calendly's own terms and privacy policy apply to whatever you enter there, and Solicare receives the booking details you provide.

Email correspondence

If you write to me, I process the data you send, namely your identity, your contact details and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of replying and, where applicable, of conducting the business relationship that follows. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, then the performance of pre-contractual steps.

Such messages are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. They are neither sold, nor rented, nor passed to third parties, and are used for no automated prospecting.

Server logs

The site's host, OVHcloud, keeps connection logs including the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. These logs serve security and the proper operation of the service. They belong to the host and are kept for its own statutory periods. Solicare does not use them for audience analysis.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding data concerning you, as well as a right to portability.

To exercise them, write to yann.daudin@solicare.fr. I reply within one month. If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, cnil.fr, or to the supervisory authority of your own country.

Data processed during an engagement

This policy covers the site. Data processed during an evaluation engagement, in particular business cases and evaluation sets, falls under the contract signed with your organisation. The rule is constant: those items belong to you, they are neither kept beyond the engagement without your written agreement, nor reused for another client, nor published in any form.

This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
